The knowledgeable team expertly guides personal training goals, pain management & rehabilitation, prenatal, functional training & more.

We focus directly on your individual goals and desires and you will see and feel the results immediately.  As your body changes, whether you’re injured and needing rehabilitation or athletic and looking to push yourself to the edge, your instructor will be there to modify and advance your workout to meet your changing needs. You will correct posture, strengthen muscle weaknesses and imbalances, relieve tension, and strengthen your core. Your body will be pain free, strong and flexible. 

In addition, Imprint offers small group classes, workshops and onsite integrative health services to compliment your fitness and health needs.

Know before you go: We love to rehab clients…but It’s also music to our ears to hear your battle cries of pain, whining and wondering how it is you’re still standing because you’ve lost all feeling in your legs and your core is on fire and arms feel as if they are about to fall off.  We secretly love to hear you cursing a little at us, the gods above or maybe even the clock, you’re positive has all but stopped.  Lastly, Ditch the grip socks and sneakers, we work bare foot and you’ll use all the traditional Pilates equipment and more in this fully equipped studio for a total body Imprint style workout designed specifically for you!
