while working your abdominals and at the same time relieving discomfort in the lower back. Pre-natal Pilates creates a sense of centering and alignment to bring postural awareness and promote better balance throughout the pregnancy, while toning the arms legs & back-side. These exercises are ideal to prepare the body for labour and will ease the transition of postnatal recovery. A healthy mind and body is a wonderful way to begin one of life’s greatest journeys!
