STRENGTHEN TO SUPPORT YOUR BABY…
while working your abdominals and at the same time relieving discomfort in the lower back. Pre-natal Pilates creates a 
sense of centering and alignment to bring postural awareness and promote better balance throughout the pregnancy, while 
toning the arms legs & glutes. These exercises are ideal to prepare the body for labour and will ease the transition of 
recovery postnatal. A healthy mind and body is a wonderful way to begin one of life’s greatest journeys!

This is a unique Experience for mothers–to-be to come together in a group setting and gain knowledge and strength through Imprint Pilates’ Prenatal Program. This 7-week program will build each week from a beginner prenatal level program. You will learn Pilates principles, correct posture and learn exercises that are safe and supportive during pregnancy. 

Focus will be on alignment of poses in exercises, Pilates breath work, and relaxation. Each session builds on the previous week’s class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you feel comfortable & safe exercising through your pregnancy. Each week you will gain more confidence in the poses and exercise flow, moving more fluidly, as you begin to strengthen in your Pilates practice. 

This course is designed for beginner mommy’s-to-be but also welcomes those mommy’s-to-be who have practiced regular Pilates prior to being pregnant. We do also encourage students to have taken an intro private and some private sessions if they have never done Pilates before.
