Happy New Year and All the Best for 2013

from all of us at Imprint Pilates!

The Holidays can be a wonderful time of year for most but equally challenging both emotionally and energetically for many. Either way we hope this season brought you closer to family and friends and you enjoyed the festivities.  Now that 2013 has arrived and another year has wrapped up, it’s an opportune time to reflect back on 2012 and be grateful for everything that has happened in your life.

It’s also a great time to refocus your goals, & bring awareness back into the body. Remember the kindnesses of all the people, creatures, & beings in your life that have contributed to your creation, your preservation and your continuation and with preempted gratitude for all of those in the future who will also support us along our way. Give thanks to all of our teachers, all the teachings & forms, the various forms they appear to us in, and all that supports your practice. May you all attain the goals that you have set for yourself and may your wishes come true.  At Imprint we’ll continue to strive in supporting your individual journeys towards improved diet, exercise and Inspiring whole body health towards a healthier, happier you & future for all. We look forward to seeing you back in the studio.

Peace in Body, Speech & Mind
