Kundalini yoga is an ancient science that is known as “the yoga of the householder”, meaning it is for everyone at every age in any shape or form. Kundalini Yoga, uses movement, mantra, pranayam, music and meditation to bring ourselves into a state of health and harmony. We can stay vital and strong, blissful and beautiful.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will use this ancient science to shed layers that do not serve us. The ancient practice (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) awakens our Kundalini; the energy that resides at the base of our spines that usually lies dormant. With our practice, we can awaken this energy to release physical and emotional blocks, allowing us to be more present, vibrant and whole.
